Upload Your Presentation

Congress days are intensive for all of its participants – there are usually multiple appointments, sessions and events. If you are speaking at the congress we recommend that you upload your presentation before the meeting - and use your time at the congress for more immediate appointments.
One month prior to the congress the presentations can be uploaded through the EAU Faculty website. Once you have finished the upload, please make sure to check the authorisation form for each of your presentations. You can also upload your presentation during the congress at the Speaker Service Centre not later than three hours before the session.
The Speaker Service Centre

The Speaker Service Centre is an essential stop for those presenting at the congress. Here, the EAU staff will answer your questions regarding the scientific programme, scheduling and presentation . Here you can also get assistance in uploading your presentation, if necessary. The Speaker Service Centre is located on level North 0.
